What qualification will I achieve following completion?
You will be awarded an iPet Network qualification which is an Ofqual recognised qualification.
However if your allocated tutor is unable to complete your qualification for whatever reason we will ensure that you will provided with another tutor who will support you in gaining your qualification.
Will I receive a certificate at the end of my qualification?
Yes! You will receive a digital certificate following completion of your qualification and, if you would prefer, a paper copy of your certificate can be posted to you at a small extra cost. However please note that your certificate can take up to 12 weeks to receive due to our sampling process.
How much of the qualification will be online?
The amount of online teaching hours you will need to complete and the time you will be expected to self-study will depend on the qualification you are completing. Details of this will be provided on the course page of the website.
Will I have the same tutor throughout my qualification?
Yes you will - we pride ourselves on consistency and a personal learning experience and therefore you will remain with the same tutor throughout your course.
Do I need any previous qualifications to complete a qualification with Pawsitive Education?
No qualifications are required.
Can I log my qualification hours onto my CPD record with the RCVS?
Yes you can! Because all of our qualifications are awarded by the iPet Network and are all Ofqual recognised they can be recorded as CPD hours with the RCVS.
There is a qualification I would like to complete but you are not advertising it on your website.
No problem! Just complete an enquiry form or email us with the course details and we will see what we can do to provide the qualification you are looking for!
How many qualifications can I complete at one time?
You can complete as many qualifications as you would like to at one time. However, we would always recommend that you complete one before continuing with another.
How and when do I book and pay for a qualification?
When you have chosen the qualification you would like to complete just fill in the booking form and we will then email you with all of your qualification and payment details. Payment will be required prior to the start of your qualification. All payments can be made via bank transfer.
Is it possible for more than one person to complete the online lessons together?
Yes absolutely! If you would like to complete the online lessons with a friend we are happy to do that if you are both happy to do so!
Is it possible to ask for more information about a qualification?
Yes of course! Just complete the enquiry form or email us directly and we will either give you a call or email you to answer any questions you may have.
Is there a minimum age requirement for your qualifications?
Yes. All of our qualifications have a minimum age requirement of 16+
Do I need to be working in the Veterinary profession to complete a qualification?
No absolutely not! Our qualifications are designed for everyone who has an interest in animals and the animal care industry! Whether you are thinking of a career with animals, working in a veterinary practice, a pet owner or even thinking of a career in teaching we have something for everyone!
